Project 2 Week 8 : After Effect



LECTURES


This week I learned about after effects. After Effects is a motion design and visual effects software application. Animate text, graphics, illustrations and more to create anything from simple credit rolls to complex title sequences.

PROJECT 2 / Exercise 10 – After effect

Exercise 10

This week we were given an exercise regarding after effects. Because the assignment and learning included after effects applications, we were given a tutorial, so we could learn the application better.



After that we were given a video tutorial to make an after effects exercise. I followed the video so that it could help me to recognize the tools in After Effects. I'm not familiar with after effects applications so at first I was confused about making the circle move, but with the help of this video it helped me to understand better.




In the animation of the bullet above, I changed the speed of its rotation a little, because at the end everything looked like it wasn't working, so I changed the speed so that the animation could be seen. I also made everything 15 seconds long.
